The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities presents Art Unplugged, a new summer performance series that showcases the talent of local artists at locations throughout the four quadrants of Washington, DC.  The series spans from June 15, 2009 through August 14, 2009 and is hosted by 32-year-old Washington native W.
